Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Tote, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Tote lets you save screenshots, links, and notes as Totes, organize them, and share them with others. Tote may use automated tools to summarize, tag, and enrich your Totes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tote. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Tote with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Tote. By using the Service, you grant Tote a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, and display your content solely to operate, improve, and provide Tote, including when you choose to share a Tote.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. Do not submit content that is illegal, violates the rights of others, or contains sensitive personal information you do not have permission to share.

Shared Totes

If you create a share link, anyone with the link can access the shared Tote. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom you share it.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse Tote or interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not upload harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service without permission.

Third-party services

Tote may link to third-party content or use third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant Tote the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Termination

You may stop using Tote at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use Tote ends.

Disclaimers

Tote is provided "as is" and "as available." Tote may produce automated summaries or suggestions that can be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tote will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Tote's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Tote in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tote harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tote is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Tote means you accept the updated Terms.
